How to Order

So, you found something you like and you want to place an order.

2. Your order will be in process. A confirmation on your order will be sent to you within 24 hours. Should you not receive any confirmation from us, please inform us.

3. We will provide bank details and your order details through email. Please refer the guidelines on how to pay and the delivery methods for more info.

4. Your items will be posted on the next available delivery date upon receiving your payment. You will be notified further.

**Please take note that we take in stocks only on Tuesday and Friday

How to Pay

Payment can be made through cash deposit or online banking. When you place your order and confirm your purchase, we'll provide you our bank account details. Please inform us when you have done your payment through enquiry.missvogue@gmail.com. Please provide the following details:

Upon receipt of payment, the items will be posted out on the next available delivery date which will be informed through email.

Delivery Method

For the time being, we don't do Cash On Delivery (COD). We only send items through postage. Postage fees are excluded unless stated. Charges of postage are as follows:

Poslaju
1. RM7 (West Malaysia) for 1-2 clothes. Add on RM1/pcs.
2. RM10 (Sarawak) for 1-2 clothes. Add on RM1/pcs.
3. RM10 (Sabah) for 1-2 clothes. Add on RM1.50/pcs.

- Arrive within 1-2 working days .
- Receiver's signature required upon receiving the parcel.
- Tracking number will be given to buyers to check the status of their package.
- I will not be held responsible for any loss or damages incurred during shipping.

For purchases above RM200, postage fee is FREE!!

Terms and Condition

1. All sales are final. Serious buyers only, no back outs, no refunds or exchanges/change order after transactions are made.
2. Shoppers that back out last minute and disappear after an order will be black listed.
3. Reservations are only allowed for customer who confirm with the purchase and not to those who are still hesitating. Reservations are valid for only two days.
4. Prices are final (exclude postage fees) and non-negotiable.
5. Payment to be made within 2 days of confirmation or else it will be release out again.
6. The payments are non-refundable and items are non-exchangeable.
7. Items sold are all brand new.
8. We will not be held responsible for any loss or damages incurred during posting.
9. By purchasing, you agrees to abide with the terms and conditions stated.
